Appointment of Magistrate

Section 9
(1)
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan may appoint any fit and proper person to be a Magistrate.
Subordinate Courts 12
(2)
For the purpose of the administration of this Act, His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan may appoint a Chief Magistrate who shall have seniority over all other Magistrates and over all Coroners.
