Section 11
(1)
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan may appoint a
Registrar and so many Deputy Registrars as may be necessary for Courts of
Magistrates.
(2)
The Registrar and Deputy Registrars shall be ex-officio
Commissioners for Oaths.
