Section 13

There shall be attached to the Subordinate Courts such interpreters, clerks, bailiffs, process servers and other officers as, from time to time, appear to the Chief Justice to be necessary for the administration of justice and the due execution of all powers and duties which are vested in the

Subordinate Courts.
