Section 44
(1)
Any person who incites, induces or invites another person to become a member of or to assist in the management of, an unlawful society is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding
$15,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 4 years or both.
(2)
Any person who uses any violence, threat or intimidation towards any other persons in order to induce him to become a member of or to assist in the management of an unlawful society is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $15,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years or both.
