Any person who —

(a)
is or acts as a member of an unlawful society;
(b)
attends a meeting of an unlawful society; or
(c)
pays money or gives any aid to or for the purposes of an unlawful society, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding
$10,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or both.
