Section 43

Any person who knowingly allows any meeting of an unlawful society or of members of an unlawful society, to be held in any place belonging to, occupied by him or over which he has control is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to fine not exceeding $10,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or both.
