Section 5
(1)
Every licensed dealer shall keep books of account in which shall be entered the date of purchase of any rubber, the name and address of the seller, the weight and descrip-tion of rubber purchased, and the price.
(2)
Every licensee shall on the demand of any licens-ing officer produce for inspection all books kept by him under the provisions of this section and allow copies to be made.
(3)
Every such book shall be preserved by the licen-see for one year from the date of its last being used for the making of any entry therein.
