Section 7

Every person who cultivates rubber on alienated land shall before he commences to tap such rubber inform the licensing officer, who shall if necessary visit the land and shall issue to such person a certificate showing the number of the title, the name of the owner, and the number of trees being tapped, and shall indorse from time to time on such certificate any alterations that may be required.

Any person contravening this section shall be liable on conviction to a fine of $250.
