Section 19

The Commissioner may, at any time, with the consent of His Majesty, discharge a probationary inspector or cadet inspector by giving him 3 months' notice in writing or on paying him one month's pay in lieu of notice; and His

Majesty may, at any time, discharge any other inspector on such notice as His Majesty shall think fit if His Majesty is satisfied that it is desirable in the public interest so to do.

The Commissioner may discharge any subordin-ate police officer who has not completed 10 years' service by giving hitp. one month's notice in writing.

Whenever it appears to the Commissioner that any subordinate police officer who has completed 10 years'

service is unable to discharge efficiently the duties of his

office the Commissioner may discharge such officer from the

Force by giving him one month's notice in writing.
