Use of dealer’s general licence

Section 11
(1)
A dealer’s general licence in the prescribed form shall authorise the use of any motor vehicle or trailer which is being driven to the dealer’s place of business after delivery to him, or is being tested by the dealer, or is being tested or used for the purpose of effecting a sale.
(2)
A dealer’s general licence shall not authorise the carriage of passengers or goods for fee or reward, or the carriage of any passenger other than a person engaged in testing or inspecting the vehicle with a view to purchase and not more than two other persons.
