Section 10

A licensing officer may issue to a dealer in or manufacturer of motor vehicles or trailers who makes application in the prescribed form a dealer’s general licence which, subject to the provisions of sections 11 to 15 and to any other conditions which may from time to time be prescribed, shall authorise the use of any number of motor vehicles or trailers.
