Section 43
Every Deputy Superintendent or such other person as aforesaid, who has inspected the vaccination of any child and has ascertained that the same has been successful, shall, within 7
days after the performance of the operation, transmit by post or otherwise to the Superintendent, if the certificate is not under the hand of the Superintendent, a certificate according to Form IV in the Third Schedule certifying that such child has been successfully vaccinated, and upon request shall deliver a duplicate thereof to the parent or other person as aforesaid.
