Section 41
(2)
The certificate shall remain in force for 2 months and shall be renewable for successive periods of 2 months.
(3)
At or before the end of each successive period the parent or such person as aforesaid shall take or cause the child to be taken to the Deputy Superintendent of Vaccination or such other person as aforesaid who shall then examine the child and vaccinate it or give a certificate according to the said Form II.
(4)
If the certificate is not under the hand of the Deputy
Superintendent of Vaccination, the person who gives the certificate shall within 7 days after the delivery thereof to the parent of such person as aforesaid transmit a copy of the same by post or otherwise to the Deputy Superintendent.
