Section 4

The Probate Officer shall be a corporation sole and shall have perpetual succession and a public seal and shall have, subject to the provisions of this Act, the right to hold and transfer and otherwise deal with every description of land and property and shall have the power to institute proceedings in his corporate name in any court.
