Facilitating the commission of people smuggling

Any person, being the owner, occupier, lessee or person in charge of -

(a)

any premises, room or place, knowingly permits a meeting of persons to be held in that premises, room or place; or

(b)

any equipment or facility that allows for recording, conferences or meetings of technology, knowingly permits that equipment or facility to be used, for the purpose of committing an offence against this Act, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $50,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 10 years or both.
