Section 16
(1)
An authorised oficer may arrest without warrant any person who

he reasonably believes has committed an offence under this Act or any a regulations made thereunder.

(2)
When any person is arrested by an authorised officer, such officer shall comply with the provisions of section 33 of the Criminal Procedure
Code (Chapter 7).
(3)
In any case relating to the commission of any offence against this
Act or any regulations made thereunder, an authorised officer shall have the same powers of investigation of a police officer under Chapter XI11 of the
Criminal Procedure Code (Chapter 7).
