Attempts, abetment and conspiracy

Section 12
(1)
Whoever attempts to commit any offence punishable under this
Act or any regulations made thereunder, or abets the commission of such offence, shall be punished with the punishment provided for such offence.
(2)
A person who conspires with another person to commit an offence under this Act or any regulations made thereunder shall be guilty of the offence of conspiracy to commit that offence and may be punished as if the offence to which the conspiracy relates had been committed.
