Power to make rules as to disposal of undelivered postal articles
(1)
The Minister may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, make rules as to the disposal of postal articles which, for any reason, cannot be delivered. Such articles are in this Part referred to as “undelivered postal articles”.

(2)
In particular and without prejudice to the generality of subsection
(1)
, such rules may —
(a)
prescribe the period during which undelivered postal articles at a post office shall remain in that office;
(b)
provide for the publication of lists of undelivered postal articles, or of any class of undelivered postal articles;
(c)
provide for the manner in which undelivered postal articles shall be finally dealt with or disposed of;
(d)
prescribe charges for the storage, return, redirection or other disposal of undelivered postal articles.
