Redelivery to sender of postal article in course of transmission by post

Section 20
(1)
The Minister may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, by rule provide for the redelivery to the sender without reference to the consent of the addressee and subject to such fee and to such terms and conditions (if any) as may be deemed fit, of any postal article in course of transmission by post.
(2)
Except as provided by any rules that may be made under this section, the sender shall not be entitled to recall a postal article in course of transmission by post.
