Section 13
(1)
Every person with disabilities issued with a card under section 12
who desires to renew his card shall make an application for the renewal 3 months prior to the end of the period referred to in section 12(3).
(2)
A registered person with disabilities who makes an application pursuant to subsection (1) shall have his name retained in the register.
(3)
For the purposes of this section, sections 8, 9, 10 and 11 apply.
