Registration and refusal to register
of Persons with Disabilities Act

Section 11
(1)
After considering an application under section 9 and any additional information supplied pursuant to section 10, if any, the Registrar shall —
(a)
register a person to be a person with disabilities if he is satisfied that the person who is subject of the application is a person with disabilities; or

(b)
refuse to register a person as a person with disabilities if he is satisfied that the person is not a person with disabilities.
(2)
A person aggrieved by the decision of the Registrar under subsection (1)(b) may appeal to the Minister whose decision shall be final.
