Power of Registrar to require additional information

Section 10
(1)
The Registrar may, in addition to such documents referred to in section 9(1), require such additional information to be supplied by the applicant within the period to be specified by the Registrar.
(2)
Where a person making an application fails to supply the additional information within the specified period or such other period as may be extended by the Registrar, the application is regarded to have been withdrawn without prejudice to a fresh application being made.
