Section 11

If an officer to whom a pension has been granted under this Act is appointed to another office in the public service, the payment of his pension may, with his consent, if the Minister of Finance, with the approval of

His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan* thinks fit, be suspended during the period of his re-employment.

Pensions etc. not to be assignable.
