Where on the date of commencement of this Order a mutual fund had been established, domiciled, offered, traded, listed, managed or administered in or from within Brunei Darussalam, that fund may, notwithstanding the provisions of this

Order, continue to do so for such period as the Minister, after consultation with the Authority, may determine in any particular case.
