Section 43

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Order or in any other written law relating to mutual funds, the Minister after consultation with the Authority may, in any case and on such terms and conditions as he thinks fit, exempt a mutual fund, in whole or in part, from any provision of this Order or of any such written law.
