Section 37

A person who aids, counsels or procures the commission of an offence under this Order or who solicits or incites any other person to commit such an offence shall be guilty of an offence under this subsection and be liable on conviction to be punished therefor in the same manner as a person committing the offence to which the aiding, counselling, procurement, soliciting or incitement related.

Any person who, whether by act or omission, contravenes or fails to comply with any provision of any regulations made under this Order shall be guilty of an offence.

A person who-

{a)

as regards an application for a licence or permission under this

Order;

{b)

in purported compliance with any obligation to give information to which he is subject by virtue of this Order, gives any information or produces or supplies a document which he knows to be false in a material particular or recklessly gives any information or supplies or produces a document which is so false shall be guilty of an offence.

Any person who contravenes a condition attached to a licence or permission issued or given under this Order shall be guilty of an offence.

Any person who, for the purpose of obtaining, whether for himself or another, the issue or grant of a licence or permission under this Order -

{a)

makes any statement or gives any information which he knows to be false in a material particular or recklessly gives any information which is so false; or

{b) produces or otherwise makes use of any book, record or other document which to his knowledge contains any statement or information which he knows to be false in a material particular, shall be guilty of an offence.

A person who interferes with or otherwise hinders the exercise by an inspector of a power conferred on him by Part 1 of the Second Schedule shall be guilty of an offence.

A person guilty of an offence under any provision of this section, other than subsection (1), shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $200,000

and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years.
