Section 35

If the Authority is satisfied -

{a}

that there are in force in a particular country or territory outside Brunei

Darussalam laws whose purposes and effect are either similar or generally similar or analogous to those of this Order;

{b) that under those laws, ·licences, permissions, authorisations or other permissions may be issued or given by an authority or other body established or recognised by those laws; and

{c)

that those laws contain provisions whose purposes and effect are either similar, or are similar or analogous to a sufficient degree, to the provisions of this Order relating to the matters specified in paragraph {b),

the Authority may determine specified licences or, as may be appropriate, permissions, authorisations or other permissions so issued or given shall be recognised authorisations.
