Section 32
The Authority may prepare and issue codes of practice regarding all or any of the following, the promotion, sponsorship, establishment, management and administration of mutual funds.
(2)
The Authority may amend or revoke a code of practice issued under subsection (1).
(3)
The Authority shall make arrangements to ensure that copies of any code of practice (and any amendments thereto) prepared and issued under subsection
(1)
are publicly available at such price as the Authority considers reasonable.
