Section 43
(a)
an order made under section 29 in relation to anything on the premises has not been complied with; or
(b)
it is necessary or desirable for the purposes of the foreign criminal matter to which the application relates.
(2)
A warrant issued under this section shall be subject to such conditions as the court may specify.
