Section 13
The Registrar may close the registry of a fishing vessel or pleasure craft at the written request of the registered owner of the fishing vessel or pleasure craft and upon the surrender of its certificate of registry.
(2)
In the event of a fishing vessel or pleasure craft ceasing to be a fishing vessel or pleasure craft to which these Regulations apply, its registry shall be deemed to be closed and the Registrar shall make an entry thereof in the register.
