Section 10
(1)
The Registrar may, if he thinks fit, provisionally register a fishing vessel or pleasure craft and grant a provisional certificate of registry if the application is not accompanied by such of the documents and particulars required under regulation 6(1).
(2)
The provisional registry of a fishing vessel or pleasure craft shall be valid for a period of not more than one year from the date of issue.
