Section 15
Where the registration of a fishing vessel or pleasure craft is, or deemed to be, closed under these Regulations, the Registrar shall issue to the owner a certificate of deletion in such form and manner as the Registrar may determine certifying that the fishing vessel or pleasure craft's registry is closed and the date and reason of such closure.
