Section 11
For the purpose of granting certificates of competency under these Regulations to persons desirous of obtaining such certificates, examinations shall be held at such places and times as the Director may direct.
(2)
The Minister may appoint, remove and reappoint examiners to conduct the examinations and may regulate the conduct of all the examinations and the qualification of the applicants, and may do all such acts and things as he thinks expedient for the purpose of the ex-aminations.
