Section 15

No person shall be entitled to recover any charge in any court for any medical or surgical advice or attendance or for the performance of any operation as a medical practi-tioner or dentist, or for any medicine which he shall have prescribed and supplied within Brunei as such medical prac-titioner or dentist after the commencement of this Act, un-less he was at the time registered under this Act or ex-empted from such registration under section 18, but all reg-Medical Practitioners and Dentists

istration effected within 2 months after the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to relate back to the time of such commencement.
