Section 27
Whoever objects under section 12 to a marriage by a minister of religion, or under section 19 to a marriage by a Marriage Registrar, by falsely and knowingly representing himself to be a person whose consent to the marriage is required by this Act, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine and imprisonment for 3 years.
