Section 26

Whoever for the purpose of procuring any marriage intentionally makes any false oath, declaration or affirmation, or who intentionally signs any false notice or certificate required by this Act, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine and imprisonment for 5 years.

False impersonation of person whose consent is required.
