Section 15
One of the parties to every intended civil marriage shall give notice to the Marriage Registrar before whom it is intended that the marriage shall be solemnised or to some person acting on his behalf. Such notice shall be in the form prescribed in the Second Schedule and shall contain —
(a)
the full name and nationality of each of the parties to the intended marriage;
(b)
the profession and status or condition of each party;
(c)
the dwelling place of each party;
(d)
the time during which each party has dwelt there;
(e)
the age of each party to the intended marriage;
(f)
the place at which the marriage is intended to be solemnised;
(g)
the date on which notice is given.
