Section 13
(1)
A marriage shall be solemnised within 3 calendar months after the date of the due publication of the banns or the due exhibition of the notice as required by section 10(1).
(2)
A marriage solemnised after the expiration of the 3 months required by this section shall not for that reason only be invalid.
