Section 61
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan may by order make such provisions as may appear to him to be necessary or expedient –
(a)
for giving effect into this Order;
(b)
for the purpose of bringing any other written law into accord with this
Order or with any order made hereunder.
