Section 60

A provision in any written law for the service of notices, orders or documents on a body corporate, corporation or company shall apply, with the necessary modifications, to a limited liability partnership as it applies to the body corporate, corporation or company, and a reference in any such provision to the secretary or other like officer of the body corporate, corporation or company shall be construed as a reference to the manager of the limited liability partnership.
