with respect to any matter or thing which is required or permitted by the

Fourth Schedule to be prescribed by rules;

without limiting the generality of this section, with respect to High Court fees and costs and with respect to meetings ordered by the High Court; and

generally with respect to the winding-up of limited liability partnerships.
