Section 46

Any person who makes any statement or furnishes any information under the provisions of this Order which is false in any material particular or by reason of the omission of any material particular and which he either knows or has reason to believe is false, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or both.
