Section 70
The Minister may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and
Yang Di-Pertuan, make regulations for any of the following purposes —
(a)
imposing fees and charges for anything authorised by this
Act;
(b)
prescribing forms for the purposes of this Act;
Land Code (Strata)
(c)
providing for such matters as are contemplated by or necessary for giving full effect to the provisions of this Act and for the due administration of this Act.
