Section 67

Where a relevant authority or any person authorised by it has a right under any order to enter upon any part of the land to which a strata plan relates, the authority, body or person shall be entitled to enter upon any other part of the land to the extent necessary or expedient to enable it or him to exercise the relevant powers under this Act.
