Section 8

All land shall be held by entry in the Register kept by the officer in charge of the Land Office in pursuance of this

Code and the document of title issued to the holder of land shall be an extract from such Register and shall be in the

Land Code

Form C in the Schedule with such variations as circumst-ances may require.
