Section 7

The officer in charge of the Land Office shall keep a

Register of all land alienated under the provisions of this

Code in the Form A in the Schedule with such variations as circumstances may requir.e. The Register shall contain an entry of the special conditions (if any) imposed in respect of any lands. The officer shall also keep a Journal in the

Form B in the Schedule of all transactions with regard to land entered in the Register.
