Section 9
(1)
His Majesty in Council may from time to time make rules generally for carrying out the provisions of this Part.
(2)
Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing such rules may provide for any matter which by this Part is to be, or may be, prescribed.
(3)
Any such rule may provide a penalty for the breach or contravention thereof not exceeding a fine of $600 or in default thereof imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months.
