Section 122

No court fees shall be chargeable in the first instance on any proceeding commenced by a worker, or by the Commissioner on his behalf, against his employer under this Act; but in case a conviction shall be had or judgement given against the employer, the same shall be paid by the employer, together with the general costs of the proceeding.
