Section 120

requires any worker to work on any occasion or under any circumstances in which it is unlawful for him to require such worker to work; or

fails to pay wages in accordance with the provisions of this

Chapter; or

give any remuneration for services contrary to the provisions of this Chapter, or makes any deduction from the wages of any worker or receives any payment from any worker contrary to the provisions of this Chapter; or

trades with his worker or keeps a shop otherwise than in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter; or

contravenes or fails to comply with any order of the

Commissioner made under this Chapter, and any person employed on a place of employment who contravenes the provisions of subsection (3) of section 117 shall be guilty of an offence:

Penalty, a fine of $1,500 or in default thereof imprisonment for 6 months.
