Section 84
(1)
Notwithstanding contrary provisions in any written law, the
Court may, on the application of a person in whose favour a maintenance order was made or the guardian of such person, make an attachment of earnings order if it thinks reasonable to do so.

(2)
An application for an attachment of earnings order may be made during a hearing where a maintenance order is being applied for or any subsequent hearings.
